Business Outlook
Pros
Enjoyed working remotely and having the equipment provided. Learned a lot about software and residential building. Worked doing QA of house models and creating issues in BIM360. Collaboration in video conference calls and tracking data with computer programs/software. Worked with offshore teams who did the drafting.
Cons
Not always sure how thorough to be on doing QA of models; some were larger and took more time. Getting them delivered in a timely manner sometimes seemed like working later was necessary to be sure everything was checked. Communication between different departments was interesting since they each had their own style or culture. Pay was not bad, but could have been better.
