Great place to work if being remote and has quite a few perks to have fun with.

Cons

The benefits are made to cater to the Middleton office and not remote workers so i would look closely with high deductible plan where the Middleton people get a choice of more than 3

Poor Business Model

Pros

Remote work. Good benefits. Good IT department.

Cons

Poor leadership. Hires unqualified people, Low quality training, Infrequent training, too many meetings where no one is participating. Management does not follow their own guidelines, excessive amount of reporting, little to no budget for business subscriptions and fees, poor communication, unprofessional & unqualified senior leadership, etc. Overpromises on commissions. very few sales opportunities. Marketing failed to produce significant viable leads. leadership more focused on providing technical support and training instead of actually selling services and meeting quotas.
