Four weeks PTO, paid holidays off unless you are forced to work

Heavy workload, micromanaged to hell, pandering/patronizing leads, zero input from workers, terrible compensation, terrible management style, ridiculous attendance policy The insurance is terrible unless you take part in a program that takes a lot of your time/energy/initial investment. Then if you reach "Silver Status" the cost becomes almost reasonable. Out of pocket deductible is $2000 so you need to pay for your medical appointments at full cost, and once you get to silver status they'll stop gauging your paycheck.
