Paragon Development Systems reviews about "training"

Communication with senior leadership can be wishy-washy at times. While overall company vision and direction has taken form over the past 6 months, it feels as though a true solid mission/purpose statement is needed.

Any of the legacy PDS employees have been sticking around as it is a steady, but mediocre, paycheck with hopes that things will get back to how they were under initial leadership, but with 3 different CEO's in 5 years, it won't. The company keeps trying to be everything to all customers and they are not; you cannot be the best at everything. High turn-over rate at the service desk and technical level resources through entry-level roles all the way up to the top. It is no secret that people land at PDS while they are still looking for the right job, need a paycheck to get by and make a few new connections. Benefits are horrendous at best and PDS needs to invest in their talent if they want to keep people and prevent them from leaving. A LOT of work needs to be done at this company, but I believe it is too far gone and beyond repair at this point.

No 401k match, expensive insurance, little to no training

Terrible training. very trial by fire. Leadership is hardly there. It can be very difficult to keep up with what your role is for multiple clients
