      I have never worked for a better company. We have an excellent leadership team, tremendous working environment. You are always treated with respect.

      Pros

      - From the top down the focus is on customer experience and satisfaction - Lots of things happening...a lot of projects and growth right now - Benefits are solid - Paragon leans into innovative technology, which is not common for suppliers in the utility space. - Really great people on the team

      Cons

      - Paragon is growing, which means new processes and a need to adapt. Not really a con, but keeps everyone busy.

      Serious Work but with a Great Atmosphere

      Pros

      The work was always fresh and exciting, lots of variations and little repeat. The management at the Schenectady location was great. The cooperation between lab and engineering was typically very smooth. Working crunch time projects usually brought the whole branch together and come up big.

      Cons

      High level decision to move the location kinda ruined a lot of what made the job great
