      Pros

      After two years at PSI, I have learned a lot and had to work some long hours. Overall, the job was good. People around me were awesome. Work environment is laid back for the most part.

      Long hours are a must sometimes to get the job done on time

      you'll learn ansys pretty well but it can be a stressful environment

      Pros

      made awesome friends when i was there (could be hit or miss), generally pretty lax - shorts/sandals, made some really awesome ansys FEA models/analyses

      Cons

      management doesn't really care about you, they just expect you to meet the deadlines. since it is an outsourcing company, deadlines are usually set by customer and are often way too short. makes for crunch time in the weeks prior to analysis reviews where you will do 60+ hr weeks. you could also get stuck doing work/projects that you dont want to do

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, relaxed dress code, competent management and mentors. Interesting work, ability to change discipline if unhappy with current work (eventually). Good benefits.

      Cons

      The pay is just not enough. The cost of living anywhere near Jupiter FL has increased MUCH faster than wages. Unwillingness of management to hire enough overhead employees to maintain IT, HR, etc.
