      This job pays well. It is a good way to experience what you dont want to do for the rest of your life.

      Pros

      PSI has a generally friendly and relaxed atmosphere, though sometimes pressure can be very high when deadlines must be met. The work schedule is flexible, and vacation time is fair and can be used whenever is preferred.

      Cons

      Company organization could be better, sometimes programs overlap and workload can be very high. Conversely, workload can sometimes be very low, which can make the time drag by.

      Pros

      Kind of work was interesting enough.

      Cons

      Management is totally disconnected. Dont know who is your boss among the 6 "part owners". They say they "manufacture" turbines (see at least-West Palm Beach Post". They dont manufacture anything actually. Most of their work is "donkey" work for other companies that need help !
