      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, laid back environment, open office space, no cubicles, and it's very easy to talk to managers, tech leads and owners as well as peers when you need guidance or help. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      I believe the pay is low compared to neighboring companies, none to minimal training, slow network at times.

      Pros

      The management is very good and care's about the employee's concerns.

      Cons

      Almost a 100% desk job. Very far removed from any hardware. No hands on experience for people to learn.
