      Pros

      Kind of work was interesting enough.

      Cons

      Management is totally disconnected. Dont know who is your boss among the 6 "part owners". They say they "manufacture" turbines (see at least-West Palm Beach Post". They dont manufacture anything actually. Most of their work is "donkey" work for other companies that need help !

      Pros

      Great place for early-career engineers to gain immediate exposure to interesting projects. Flexible schedules and overtime pay are definite perks.

      Cons

      People management and mentor-ship are somewhat lacking. The size of the company is at a point where it could use some restructuring in order to continue operating efficiently.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Work environment is very lax and nice coworkers are helpful and fun to be with in and outside of work. Senior members more than willing to train and you when you have questions.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to today’s standard. Onboarding needs some work along with general training on software and tasks.
