Pros
There is plenty of work, a lot of interesting projects, and opportunity to grow as an engineer. The company works with big clients and so many of those big company systems an protocols (NX, Teamcenter, ESW, ACE, 6S) are used, but there are also projects with other companies.
True flex time with CORE hours 9:30-3:30, and a reimbursing PTO policy (work extra hours in a week and you can put it toward your bonus or to time off)
The company engages with employees providing bagels on Friday, healthy snacks the last Monday of the month, engineering week competitions, and community organizing and fundraisers.
Cons
There are growing pains, and no formal training programs or mentors. Connecting remotely to the client system can be slow, and performance feedback is only provided during reviews but they are always working to improve the culture and systems. Projects seem to be perpetually understaffed, over budget and lacking senior engineering support.
