      Pros

      People I work with are great. The Pay is Good, commission/bonuses Paid on time and higher than other firms I have worked for. mon-Fri no weekends.

      Pros

      The people are great and you have the potential to build lifelong connections. It is a place you look forward to coming to work at everyday. Management is very upfront about pay structure and how commissions are paid out.

      Cons

      Base pay was a bit low in comparison to most sales positions but it is a growing company so you can expect a fair share of growing pains from their end but still positive.
