      In depth training, any questions you have will be answered, hire ups are always looking for feedback on if and where we are struggling to make improvements, positive and constructive feedback on where I need to improve, team building outings

      Paramount Placement is a great place for those who are seeking employment. The company is well managed with a very friendly and fun working environment. Steve does a great job consistently growing the company and seeking new heights, as his passion for the the business never goes unnoticed.

      Pros

      Family owned, the owner goes out of his way to personally get to know each employee. Tons of room for growth, I've seen people get promoted in less than 6 weeks!
