Pros

Lots of opportunities to take on projects that are beyond the realm of your actual position, as well as networking opportunities galore.

Cons

Too many deadweights who just "get by" while others put in way too much work to make up for it. Salary lowballing is the norm, promotions and raises are usually put off or explained away until the deserving person leaves the company.

Pros

There is no dress code. The people you work with. Getting to see and work for celebrities. Seeing your work on the air everyday.

Cons

The compensation is a little low compared to other companies. Advancement depends more largely upon time spent with the company, than with work ethic.
