Nice offices with kitchen and snooker table lounge area away from normal desks.

Cons

No direction, no sales plan or implementation just robotic col calling 180-250 calls a day for an embarrassingly low rate of pay!!

Young spirit, talented people, cool office, career opportunities, support from management, after work activities. There is corporate social responsibility, some events for the workers.

Cons

I am not really able to share any cons as I had a very good experience working at Viacom for 3 years.
