Business Outlook
Pros
There is a social side to the office life here in London, with regular pub outings on our much loved summer Fridays where we finish at 1pm June-August. The employee resource groups are great and offer events and opportunities. We get a day every year to volunteer through Viacommunity Day.
Cons
There are some middle and senior managers who have been in the company far too long. 15+ years in some instances which makes it hard to progress. There are pockets of the company which are super political too which isn't fun to be around.
