Pros

Opportunities, the brands, professionality, atmosphere, work life balance. Was my first job and had the opportunity to work with great people and learned a ton of stuff which I still rely on now.

Cons

Difficult to get a raise, other than that nothing! Had to stop working at Viacom due to centralisation in Europe...

Pros

Great offices, funky location, lots of cool brands, the chance to go to some great international events. Good reputation in the industry, great flexible benefits package

Cons

Constant restructures and redundancies, fears about job security, quite a cliquey culture, the company seems to have 'favourites' that they cherry pick and fast track to seniority, poor pay and minimal pay rises

Pros

Fantastic offices, people and location. I work in one of the European offices, and had the chance to work with some really great inspiring people.

Cons

Being a large company, Viacom can be a little bureaucratic at times. But this is common to any fortune 500.
