9yThanks for the review. We are so happy you feel supported in your role. As you alluded to, we encourage flexible hours and work-from home schedules, but do understand that sometimes when the team’s WFH schedules overlap, the office can seem a little empty! We have found that teams who actively communicate on WFH schedules are able to facilitate more in-person interaction time simply by planning to be in the office on the same days. And, with our cross-functional (and global!) business, video conferences have become an increasingly important tool to help our teams engage.
