      great and fun place to work if you are lucky enough to keep your job there

      Pros

      fun place to work... lots of great people to work with.. you get summer fridays which will either give you a half day on fridays or if your manager is cool you will have every other friday off. some of the most beautiful people work here so you always have something to look at.. sweet lodge.

      Cons

      you have to be lucky to be able to keep your job there. they layoff all the wrong people. management is terrible. they only promote friends. its impossible to further your career there. The more people they fire the more impossible your job becomes.

      Pros

      If you are lucky, You got to work with fun and creative people. this job has good work/life balance and flexible work time. You can have fun at work with a lot of interesting content and people. Company provides pretty good compensation and benefit package including work advantages, access to a lot of employee discounts.

      Cons

      Managment is not open-minded to different opinions, provides less recognition and respect for embracing the difference and diversities. The technical environment could be better organized, and the talented workers could be better promoted. Personal development is not very well recognized and there is no clear path/guidance/ efforts/help from management for an individual employee.

      Pros

      The strongest plus to my current position is the location. It's nice to not have to commute regularly into the city.

      Cons

      Negligible potential for promotion, no significant ability to impact technological or operations directions. Basically a core disregard for the input of 'staff' engineering.
