Pros

Perks and benefits of working in a high-profile, desirable industry. Basic updates and hard work are repaid.

Cons

"Innovations" largely surround cost-cutting as opposed to rejuvenating the business for a new age. Silos are often difficult to traverse, so cooperation and movement between groups and companies can be difficult.

Pros

Nothing - I got stuck with a terrible boss and the company does nothing to keep people managers accountable to their direct reports. HR is there to protect the company, not the employees. The only way out is to find a new job.

Cons

- Manager does not care, gives no feedback, no support, no integration. Zero accountability.
