Pros

Incredible peers. Casual and comfortable environment.

Cons

No longer a nice place to work. No more emphasis on creativity or personal growth. Poor executive management. Greedy people on top. No longer offers any work/life balance. Poor compensation. Too political.

Pros

Very relax environment. My boss was the best I have ever worked for in any environment or profession. No dress code, very flexible hours, good work life balance. Training provided. Summer Fridays, and lots of time off.

Cons

Very relax environment. - You get sucked in. No sense of urgency. Management does not care about its employees (I was one of the lucky ones) ZERO ZERO room for growth or advancement. No direction and management can't get out of their own way or get their heads out of someplace dark....

Pros

- Great if you're a new grad - If you're a 'doer' or good at serving others, you'll get along fine here. There's a lack of accountability here, so anyone who picks up other people's slack will be a hero - Tickets to the Price is Right! (if you play your cards right)

Cons

- Double Standards with the upper management. They can do no wrong, but when they actually in the wrong, everyone must turn the other cheek. If you're lower management and you make a mistake, you'll get fired. - Good luck if you're culturally different - you'll get chased out immediately - Too many people in higher management with terrible or non-existent management skills - Upper Management has little patience when tasks aren't completed per their unspoken rules - Daily finger pointing, with invalid reasoning - A lot of "fake it till you make it" personalities - Some departments are misogynistic and/or will only work Tues - Thurs (which is horrible for productivity)
