Great team, weak leadership

Pros

- Diverse and multicultural environment with global exposure. - Opportunities to learn about media supply chains, content delivery, and localization. - Access to professional tools and workflows (Jira, Airtable Fulfillment Console, WhatsOn, RMS, etc.). - Some managers and teammates genuinely helpful and collaborative.

Cons

- Feedback and performance expectations often vague or inconsistent; criteria change mid-way and are not transparent. - Management communication can be dismissive or inaccurate, leading to confusion and stress - Systemic process bottlenecks (between Global Fulfillment, Language Ops, and Content Ops) often blamed on VOD coordinators despite being outside our control. - Overemphasis on minor mistakes while bigger contributions go unnoticed. - Culture can feel fear-based in later stages; increased scrutiny without clear developmental guidance. - Lack of proper HR follow-up or accountability when concerns are raised.
