Pros
My colleagues are some of the best, brightest, hardest-working people I know.
Cons
The company itself is very splintered and with recent rounds of layoffs and more to come (and a potential merger) belts are so tight that employees who are left are all working round the clock on impossibly tight budgets. Also, some managers are invincible, with far too much power. Top execs are blind to their flaws and don't recognize which staff are really doing the work, as these "leaders" are very good at managing up. Also somewhat of a misogynistic culture - success here lies in either being a man or acting like one.
