CBS cares very little about it's "below the line" employees safety or security

Some good shows to work on and some good people to work with.

Cons

CBS does not care about the "Little guy" unless they are sued by him/her. Legal was informed of an unsafe work environment several times but did nothing because they care more about keeping costs low than the safety of their employees.
