Great people, I mean, really great. Talented and very pleasant to work with. They are the best perks Unparalleled benefits: matching 401k, end of year bonus, discount on countless partner companies Unbelievable work/life balance policies Being part of Viacom is a big deal Plenty of room to grow in terms of career

Cons

There is only one: huge corporation demands a lot, especially when it comes to the bottom line. The SF office was making money but it was not enough to justify its presence. The profit was nothing compared to the rest of Viacom holdings.. So they are closing that office down

Fully relaxed yet professional culture. I could walk in there with a wife beater, booty shorts, and flip flops.

Cons

Just the general and apparently unavoidable condition of dealing with corporate America. The tech department is a little sloppy in their vision. I've seen better deployment management.
