Business Outlook
Pros
Great colleagues, modern good offices, excellent benefits package especially health care and dental (USA). HR department is first class as are many other parts of the organization. Salaries are good, decent at the very least. Great products in terms of TV and Movie output makes this a very fun and never boring place to work. Good career prospects. Good integrity of staff and work from home incentives.
Cons
Too many levels of management at least where I worked in technology with too much short term focus and the higher level usage of non-us based staff / contractors contributes to the more short term nature sometimes.
