      Pros

      Dispite issues teams do pull together to get the job done. Work from home is usually an option at least for a couple days a week if needed. You are free to do your work without interference or mirco-management assuming you are doing your work up to par.

      Cons

      There is a great deal of turnover. Moral is relatively low. Most are in the midst of looking for other forms of employment. System defects and outsourcing to inexperienced teams are problematic. Training by fire. They will run you into the ground if need be.

      Good training ground for people new to the industry

      Cons

      Very little or no support from managers. Too many layers of management. Very secretive culture - can't find where people work in the organization by department. High staff turnover among entry level employees. Very driven female managers. No work - life culture. Metrics set by managers who have never worked in the field they manage.

      Cons

      Slow carrier growth. Need to have more patients. If you are a title hungry person, Parexel might not be very suitable option for you.
