My job description changed the day I joined the company and I was not going to be doing the job that I accepted. I would not have accepted the job I ended up doing. Work hours are very long due to the heavy workload and an unwillingness to staff projects appropriately. Travel was excessive so my work-life balance went out the window.

There is huge list of cons as follows; 1) First of all the salary is like a stipend, which can't satisfy you anyway and even scarsely increases every year. 2) Regarding work, it's not acceptible anywhere across the India,as it's a new field and nobody does something real maneuver (cleaning of data for reviewer). 3) Sr. Management works for the employees who use butter a lot. 4) Workload is overwhelmed when compared with the shekels you get. 5) Even, the maximum and most beneficial dept, but always seen with a poor mentality,obviously(being record holders for lowest salary).
