      Good benefits and remote flexibility

      Cons

      Does not care about employees -- you will not be rewarded for hard work, company does not promote from within. Visit metric is 6/month, but chances are you will be doing 10-13/month.

      Pros

      Established company with multiple business units, many experienced medical personnel with years of research experience, average work/life balance depending on account and time of the year, mid-level managers see the needs of the clients and employees, good place for a start in pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

      Cons

      High turn-over within 2 years, few opportunities to advance without mid-level manager sponsorship, low to mid-range pay scale for industry, senior managers don't have interest in employees.

      Pros

      Salary was good. The most senior mgmt seem to think money will keep people despite the work environment. Training is also excellent.

      Cons

      Line managers across the board are terrible. There may be a few that are okay, but that is not the norm. They are negative and highly critical. Line managers should be helpful and supportive. PAREXEL management is a team of bullies. The company needs to clean house and start over.
