      Pros

      Genuine and very effective approach to talent development. The model is built to grow you and your career and it's very effective. Leadership and teams are excellent and the firm is growing quickly.

      Pros

      This company is special. I joined as a college hire less than a year ago and have already experienced more growth opportunities than most college grads get in five. It's not by accident, it's by design. Ever project, task and goal that a specific employee receives is specifically tailored to that individual. The expectations framework targets all areas of growth, combining technical and soft skills, and shapes well rounded, thoughtful developers and consultants. I would recommend Pariveda to anyone who wants to push themselves and achieve success.

      Cons

      One downside is the consistency of projects. Some projects expose their teams to great new technologies and challenges while others seem more stagnant.

      Pros

      Never felt more cared for by an employer. This company truly cares about your personal development and work/life balance. This is instilled as a culture installed from the highest levels all the way down. Pariveda has helped me grow as a leader, developer, advisor, and player/coach. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

      Inconsistency from project to project.
