      Pros

      Corporate structure is relatively flat and well understood. As an employee, your opportunities for growth and advancement in the company are limited only by yourself. Client work is both interesting and challenging. Most business is generated through word of mouth so partnerships with clients are the norm not the exception

      Consulting Company That Actually Cares About Its Employees

      Pros

      I've worked for several companies before. All were start ups so they didn't put a lot of effort or time into review processes or mentorship. Going into a consulting company I figured it would be more of the same. With Pariveda though I couldn't have been more wrong. It's honestly mind blowing to see how much they invest in their employees with regards to training, mentorship, and not overworking their consultants unless absolutely necessary.

      Cons

      In LA on site consulting can be a bit of a drive depending on where you live. However that kind of comes with LA in general.

      Pros

      I have grown more in less than a year with Pariveda than I have in the rest of my career combined. You are surrounded by driven, brilliant people who are truly invested in YOUR growth and development. Pariveda's culture of continuous feedback and transparency are one of my favorite aspects of the firm - I'm grateful for the strong mentorship and coaching I've received! I'm stretched in areas that interest me and Pariveda has helped me grow in ways I find invaluable to my career.

      Cons

      The culture is not for everyone (as could be said for any company) - if you are not growth-minded and open to feedback/mentorship then Pariveda is likely not the place for you.
