      Offers the potential of challenging opportunities and significant growth. Offers talented employees to partner with. Offers good tangible benefits and structure.

      Cons

      Lackluster opportunities focused on profit over individual growth. Management garners personal glory over employee recognition. Compensation does not match work load.

      Pros

      Teamwork is core to how we work. However, one of best things about Pariveda is that promotions are based on the individual’s ability and not on "roles". No one needs to wait for an opening to move up. You'll always be challenged to grow into the next level and you'll achieve it at your pace. You truly get out what you put in.

      Cons

      Pariveda is about being a well-rounded consultant. Having the breadth and depth required at every level means you are always building new tools and that's not the norm everywhere. Since you are always growing into the next level for yourself, your always working to master new skills, and while continuous learning has many rewards, it requires perseverance and a humility that isn't required at other firms.

      Clearly communicated employee expectations make it easy to focus on what will get you promoted High achiever environment favors those that are active and engaged Strong support for making business connections for life Mix of interesting (and some less so) projects means you don't get stuck anywhere for too long Mix of technologies allow room for personal growth and technical achievement

      Cons

      As an organization the company is wresting with finding the right personal life / work life balance for its employees.
