      1) They did not handle the Covid situation properly with layoffs and letting people go for random reasons 2) There is always the pressure to win projects 3) A handful of swoop and poop leaders

      Pariveda is the workplace and work fam you never had. This is a unicorn company operating in a utopia. Your Pariveda mentor and management team will come alongside you and lock-step with you to reach your personal and professional goals while holding your hand. The support is unreal and there's a plan and transparency for everything. I love it here!!!!!!!

      The feedback culture can be a bit much at times, but people here really just want to push you to be your best in every aspect. If you can humble yourself, accept the feedback and use it to become better, you will thrive.
