Doctor, team, practice manager, and patients.

Cons

This is a dental mill. When I say run, I mean RUN. High turnovers. Leadership makes business decisions and doesn't care how they impact us. The group doctor leader is completely absent and allows someone non-clinical to make "financial" decisions.
