They are terrible at giving raises. Supposed to have a annual review every year to suggest raises but they never happen

Friendly family like environment at the individual locations

Cons

This corporation holds some of your commissions and that is what they pay you with when you do not get a sale. I want to hold my own money instead of this company gaining interest off of my money! If you go into a negative, they take 50% of your pay. This company does not pay you for hours worked over 40 per week even though they expect you to work 2 days a week till 8pm for call nights. Very low commissions. They do not allow for lunches to be taken.
