Generally calm working environment with less pressures and busy work, pleasant coworkers willing to help and teach.

Cons

With the new corporate buy out there is a lot of uncertainty and change, as well as there being a "were like family here" mindset with coworkers having spend 20 + years working together and most of the substitute interpersonal history and Drama that comes with it

After many years in this industry, the chance to truly help people and also make a very good living has been tremendous. And Park Lawn Corp is the best of its type in the country.

Cons

Some long hours to be available to families when convenient for them. But its worth it.
