The company has a very toxic work culture. There is no real work-life balance — employees are expected to be available even during personal time and days off. Adult bullying and intimidation are ignored or normalized instead of being addressed. Constructive feedback is often taken personally by management, and employees who speak up face subtle retaliation. Many employees end up doing tasks outside their job scope without compensation or recognition. Morale is low, turnover is high, and communication from leadership is inconsistent.

They will suck the life out of you in no time. They do not value any of their employees. The district leads think they walk on water. District leads talk down on people, gossip about people, they work personally, meaning no matter how well you do your job if they as much don’t like the way you look they will find a way to get rid of you. They tell you not to speak to Corp about the toxic workplace just act like everything is fine. It’s very abusive, wouldn’t even like to give 1 star. They lie to you about everything. There is no training, no help from management, toxic company.
