You can earn a lot of money in tips if you're willing to work 80hrs a week.

Cons

Constant 60-70hr work weeks with zero compensation for overtime, upper management is a "good ole boys club", will promise you promotions/raises to keep you happy but never keep their word.

Working with this company you're going to run into a lot of people that don't know what they're doing or how things are supposed to be running due to poor training or just lazy people. They're always switching managers. I think the longest manager I seen year was maybe 3 months before they just hang it up. Employees will be here for maybe two weeks tops before stay up and quit the pay is horrible. What you see online is going to be getting a person pay anywhere starts between five and $12 an hour
