Pros

The team at Parks really shows what it means to put in the work! From the top down, everyone owns their job and takes pride in what they do. This is a small, family run business and they take so much care in the management of their properties. Excellent company to work with!

Cons

As with any management position, you have to be ready to step up when times get tough, including some nights and weekends.

Pros

Great owner that has created the perfect corporate structure. The entire upper management team prioritizes company values, teaching, communication and teamwork! They have the ultimate trust in their employees, always have time to listen and are constantly looking for ways to improve day to day tasks/operations!

Cons

With any smaller company, there will be some growing pains. Having said that, the corporate team is continuously looking for ways to improve current procedures to try and make life easier on their teams.

Pros

Started as a sales manager for one location and was able to progress in the company twice already in under 5 years; promoting/hiring from within is real with this company! Wonderful to work for a company that is a relatively smaller managed portfolio, where you are not an employee of "Hotel #10," but you are a named and known member of the team that has a clear insight into the progress and status of the company as a whole. Most transparent and clearly guided company I've ever worked for. HR related policies, allowances, benefits are all fair and advantageous to me and family. Ownership is inspiring and sends out praise when warranted and more importantly when needed, while addressing challenges with support and trust, rather than blame and neglect.

Cons

Pandemic did stall out growth of the team, but we will come out even stronger than before!
