Pros

Parks truly cares about their people. I have witnessed multiple internal promotions, including myself. They are always willing to invest in their current staff and provide the tools necessary to exceed in their roles.

Cons

Resources are not always shared equally across all departments.

Leadership makes every effort to build genuine connection with all layers of associates. Training, education, and development are made a priority. The company is growing and has numerous advancement opportunities.

Cons

After two+ years of working here, I'm still looking for cons.

Hours. Can be very top heavy towards management a lot of times.
