Parks has been an absolutely amazing company to work for. I feel so lucky have had such a great experience with my management company after hearing so many industry friends struggle with theirs. It speaks volumes that they have so many on-property and corporate level team members that have been with the company for as long as they have. People usually tend to bounce around frequently in this industry, but this is not the case with Parks. Pros Include: - Supportive corporate team - Great pay and monthly incentive program - Growth opportunities - Encouragement of personal and professional growth via community/industry organization involvement and educational courses -Opportunity to cross-sell properties (most of their sales teams sell for multiple properties) -Hilton/Hotel brand benefits (employee rates) -Monthly fitness and cellphone reimbursement
