Parkview is forward thinking in developing its strategy to deliver healthcare to its patients. Because it is nonprofit, it reinvests in the community and lives out is mission.

Cons

Managers and executive leader's development is addressed, but not for most professional staff. For non-management staff, opportunities to develop new skills is limited.
