Pros

The work atmosphere have a balance of fast pace and chill. The other employees are friendly. The culture is family oriented and healthful.

Cons

Supervisors are extremely rude, impatient and sometimes hard to work with. Being that your on the ground level, you are treated as such. There's almost zero respect for the ground level workers.

Don’t pay workers nearly enough for this work

There are none they don’t want to give guve earned time off they over work u for$16 when they make $35 from bnsf on top of taxes and union fees u have no check left

Cons

Everything is going wrong here, pay hours time off everything
