      overtime is plentiful but pay is low for the years that one has to work

      Pros

      Work is different. Not something Ive ever done before. And working with trains is cool. Easy once you get a handle on the software.

      Cons

      LONG SHIFTS! 12hrs....and some positions are on call...family-work balance is horrible. No room for advancement and the pay is not worth the time this job takes from your life! No raises! Very high turnover rate.
