Senior leaders that say work life balance but expect everyone to work almost 24 hours It is a burnout rich environment Lots of Dunning Kruger effects at the management levels. Have seen and experienced leaders (VP and above) throw their direct reports under large busses and even after being professionally asked about it, ignore the impact and trust.
