Pros

The kids, the staff, the training.

Cons

There is no work life balance, ideas aren’t listened to, there is constant drama. Management loves to have high profile meetings and trickle down information to staff rather than he forthcoming about changes. They make you turn into a robot the higher up you move, no emotions, no personal conversations, ALWAYS be excited and happy. I prefer a leader who is honest and tells it how it is, if you do that as a leader, you get reprimanded. Management treats you like you’re in high school. You train FOREVER for a higher position without being paid for it until you’re officially promoted. Make people apply for the promotions and train them after they’re promoted, stop trying to get people to do more work for less money. Supervisors are salaried but often expected to work more than 40 hours a week.
