Pros

The kids were the best part of the job. I had a lot of fun working with them. Met some good coworkers too. They made it bearable when things were hectic. The benefits were decent. About 12 days of accrued PTO. They pay the best I've seen as far as ABA and related areas go.

Cons

No support from upper management when it came to burnout and being understaffed. It felt like they'd rather make money than take care of staff and clients. ABA as a whole isn't a good practice, and while this company claims to be ethical, as someone who is autistic myself, they still don't right many programs with the clients in mind. The many of the programs work for the parents and comfort of neurotypical people. Not something I'd recommend to someone else.

The therapists themselves are wonderful humans.

Cons

The owner does whatever she can to save a buck, including limiting access to needed resources to staff. There is a reason this company has an incredibly challenging time keeping employees for more than a year.
