Seemingly powerless middle management

Pros

The kids. Hanging out, seeing their improvement or just being ae to help them through a challengi g behavior. Most of my coworkers were amazing.

Cons

15 minutes breaks taken away. High burnout rate is not taken seriously. When there are issues with a PBT and those are brought to supervisors (multiple times by multiple BTs and PBTs), very little is done. Even as problems persist.

The atmosphere is very supportive and the company really wants to help their staff grow in the industry.

Cons

There is not much PTO time available and if you're a parent and have frequently sick children, this can become a problem.
