Pros
-Supportive supervisors and supportive co-workers! -Great training and mentor program to help those who are getting their foot into the door of ABA therapy. -Continuous training, feedback, and direction as you grow your therapy skills! -Opportunities for advancement within company! -Everyone shows passion in their work and genuinely care and want the kiddos to grow their skills. I have experience at other ABA therapy centers and I have to say Partners has the best training to provide you confidence in growing your ABA therapy skills. The people there are caring, competent, and supportive! Also, I can see why there are some negative reviews, I think the last two years the company has definitely been listening more. Partners has grown so much and continues to grow in becoming more attentive to their employees and show their employees they are appreciated!
Cons
After working at other ABA therapy locations, I can say Partners has the least "cons". A common "con" in this field is burnout. But its not just a Partners thing, I think it's just this field in general and the population we serve can get a little challenging. Partners does try their best to support you the best they can. PTO is not the best, but if you need some days off without PTO, talk to your supervisor and they will try to accommodate. No maternity leave which is a bummer (but there are a lot of companies that still don't offer maternity leave too).
