Pros

I absolutely love the core values promoted at Partners. The employees work as hard as they can to improve these young children's lives. Overall, the company strives to help children and their families - which is amazing. Also, the employees that directly work with the children (ie. the behavioral therapists) are AMAZING. It very much feels like you are one large team striving to help these children. I have always felt supported and welcomed by my other co-workers.

Cons

Although the company strives to help children and their families, they often neglect giving their employees flexibility within their own schedules to take care of themselves and their own families. Upper management has placed a strict attendance policy, where employees are not given "sick days" and HAVE to use PTO - even when they are sick. Furthermore, if you request time off, you are likely to get the request "denied". Almost every employee agrees the attendance policy needs to be changed. Upper management often asks for suggestions to improve employee satisfaction, but never impose any change after hearing suggestions from the rest of the employees.

Pros

-Great experience working in the field of ABA therapy -Work with some amazing kiddos with an Autism Spectrum Disorder -Benefits -Was able to work with some awesome families that want the best for their kids -Some awesome employees that want the best for the clients

Cons

-Severely understaffed at many times in my year there, it was so bad that although we were supposed to be one-on-one therapist to client, we would be three-to-one therapist to client ratio. Which is extemely unethical as they continue to advertise one-on-one therapy to potential new client families - Management plays favoritism and turns a blind eye to some issues going on -MAJOR lack of communication -I basically lived pay check to pay check (single female with one dog), unfortunatey with the pay, I could only pay for the basics (rent, student loan monthly payment, food, utilities, dog food). No wiggle room for me, wasn't putting much away, if any, for future savings. No way I could live on their pay and eventually have a family
