The kids and your fellow staff are great. Resources and trainings are also top notch

Cons

Job expectations vs pay sucks. You’re rewarded for time and loyalty with the company not your level of knowledge or training which I disagree with considering the field. Theres a definite disconnect between Upper management and employees.

This company is a great place to work. It truly is a company that cares and listens to their employees. They encourage new ideas and the training is done very well. Everybody seems to be happy to be here. It's a place where you don't mind coming to work each day and actually really enjoy it! The kids are great to be around. They put a smile on your face all the time!
